Ben Gurion University – Eastern Section

The upgrading of the buildings of the Ben-Gurion University campus in Beer Sheva included the adaptation of parts of three buildings for the humanities faculties.
The buildings were partially demolished and renovated in order to prepare research laboratories and classrooms for the Biotechnology, Bioinformation Engineering and Chemistry Departments.
Management of the construction and demolition works was a complex and closely monitored process because the works were performed within an active part of the University campus.
The project was executed on a manage-build basis without a main contractor.
