The building is located next to the Yeshurun Synagogue in central Jerusalem and serves as the home of the fund’s management and as an activity and cultural center for purposes of realizing the fund’s goals.
The building includes a relatively large underground parking facility, public areas used for conferences – auditorium, seminar rooms and classrooms – and the fund’s offices.
Excavations at the site were hazardous, particularly due to the location of the building, the relatively small lot area and the hard rock. The building was constructed with meticulous finishes and included stone works (inter alia from stone that was quarried at the site itself) and architectural concrete works and particularly high-level finish works.
