Bayit Intersection Site

The Bayit intersection is at the junction of Bezalel, Bezeq and Bayit streets above Menachem Begin Boulevard in Jerusalem.
The purpose of the plan was to rehabilitate the area’s “urban fabric” after the construction of Menachem Begin Boulevard, which cut through urban areas, and to exploit the potential of connecting land parcels at the margins of the streets into covered areas, creating a continuous single developed landform.
The plan is comprised of several elements: residential, offices, commercial, hotel, public buildings open public spaces, parking facilities with about 1150 parking spaces and a tunnel.
