The project will be built at the end of the Sherover Promenade near the entrance to the Jabel Mukaber neighborhood in a building designated for preservation.
This project includes a complex permitting process in order to adapt the old building, maintain its historic values and expand it in order to allow it to hold activities that include inter alia:
• A multisensory observation hall
• An augmented reality (AR) roof observation deck
• A kiosk restaurant and souvenir store
Electric bicycles and Segways will be available for rent at the site and the site will later be the starting point for an Omega (zipline) installation.
The site is planned to accommodate 150 visitors per hour.
The steep topography of the site constitutes a special challenge
