Foreign Ministry Compound – Jerusalem

Works for the development of public lands, streets and infrastructure are currently being performed in the old Foreign Ministry compound between Ha’uma Boulevard and Zalman Shazar Boulevard in Jerusalem for residential use building lots that the Israel Land Administration is marketing to developers.
Tafnit-Wind prepared the marketing portfolios for the lots and is providing coordination services and acts as a point-of-contact for the developers during design and construction.
Tafnit-Wind also was in charge of the design of roads, infrastructure and site-development works and coordinated utility design amongst the various municipal bodies. It also was in charge of obtaining the necessary statutory approvals and permits, issued tenders for paving and infrastructure works, and supervised construction throughout the entire process.
