The Kikar Haleum Parking Facility is located at Kiryat Haleum (Government Center) in Jerusalem
The facility accommodates about 1800 parking spaces for private vehicles and buses and an approximately 2000 m² shopping center, used by employees and visitors at the government center and its environs.
The project was implemented through a private developer in a DBOT (design-build-operate-transfer) framework to be leased and operated for a limited period of time after which ownership the facility will pass from the private developer to the Finance Ministry.
